Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes! Every Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged. Note: trials are one-time only per account.
What's the platform fee?
The platform fee is added to each booking. Free users pay 10%, Pro users pay just 5%. For example, on a $100 booking, Free pays $110 total while Pro pays $105.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your settings. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your account reverts to the Free tier. You'll still be able to book facilities, but at the 10% fee rate. Your booking history is preserved.
How does the assistant coach work?
You can invite one person to be your assistant. They can make bookings and send messages on your behalf, but they pay with their own card or create pending bookings for you to complete.
