What's the platform fee?

The platform fee is a percentage of each booking that covers payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance. Starter pays 10%, Professional pays 7%, and Enterprise pays only 5%.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll keep your current features until the end of your billing period.

What happens after my trial ends?

Your trial converts to a paid subscription automatically. You'll be charged the plan price on the day your trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then if you decide it's not for you.

How do I add staff accounts?

Professional and Enterprise plans include multiple staff accounts. You can invite team members from your business settings page. Staff can manage bookings and respond to inquiries.

Is there a long-term contract?

No contracts! All plans are month-to-month or yearly (for a discount). You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
